By creating an account or using Optins.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

- You must be at least 18 years old
- You agree to provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for activity under your account
- You must comply with applicable laws

The Service lets you send emails, SMS/text messages, and place calls to your leads. You are the sender and must have the consent required by law, including prior express written consent for marketing texts under the TCPA. Reply STOP opts a recipient out. Carriers or our providers (such as Telnyx or Resend) may block or filter messages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
